How do I book a simulator bay?

You can book a simulator bay directly through our website via the Bookings page. Simply select your preferred date, time, and duration. Members can log in to the Members Portal to book using their included hours.

Do I need to bring my own clubs?

We highly recommend bringing your own clubs for the best experience, especially if you are practicing or getting fitted. However, we do have a limited selection of rental clubs available upon request.

What kind of footwear is allowed?

Please wear clean, soft-spiked golf shoes or comfortable athletic shoes. Metal spikes and dirty outdoor footwear are strictly prohibited to protect our premium hitting mats and turf.

How long does it take to play 18 holes?

On average, it takes about 1 hour for a single player to complete 18 holes on the simulator. For a foursome, we recommend booking 3 to 4 hours to comfortably finish a round.

How does the 24/7 access work for members?

The Golf Lab members receive 24/7 access to the facility. When you book a bay, we'll send you a secure entry code to let yourself in at any time of day or night. If the facility is staffed, you can simply walk straight in. This allows you to practice early in the morning or late at night, perfectly fitting around your schedule.
