Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing thegolflab.com.au, making a booking, purchasing a membership, or buying products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings & Simulator Hire

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation is issued.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• Simulator bays are hired for the booked duration only. Overruns may be subject to additional charges.
• Players are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse.

3. Memberships

• Membership fees are billed weekly. Membership continues until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
• Member rates and benefits apply only to the named member and are non-transferable.
• Guest passes are subject to availability and the terms communicated at sign-up.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misuse of the facility or breach of these terms.

4. Lessons, Fittings & Coaching

PGA lessons and club fittings are subject to coach availability. Bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice to avoid forfeiture of the session fee. Results from coaching and fittings depend on individual effort and practice; no specific improvement outcome is guaranteed.

5. Yamaha Golf Cars

Sales, servicing, parts, and fleet support are provided subject to separate quotes and agreements. Pricing for vehicles, parts, and labour is confirmed at the time of order. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms.

6. Pro Shop & E-Commerce

Product purchases are processed through our Shopify store and are subject to Shopify's terms and our returns policy. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

7. Liability

The Golf Lab, its directors, and staff are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained while using our facilities or services, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian law. Participants use the simulators and equipment at their own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
