Are there any joining fees or lock-in contracts?
No. There are no joining fees and no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time with 14 days' notice. We believe in earning your membership every month.
How does 24/7 access work?
Members receive secure 24/7 access. Book a bay online, and we'll send you a unique entry code to access the facility at any time of day or night. If the facility is staffed, you can simply walk straight in. It's that simple.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Members receive 1 guest pass per week. Your guest must be accompanied by you at all times. It's a great way to introduce friends to indoor golf and TrackMan technology.
How do I book my simulator time?
All members get access to our online Members Portal where you can view live availability and book your simulator bays instantly. No phone calls, no waiting — just book and play.
What does unlimited access actually mean?
Unlimited means unlimited. Book as many sessions as you want, for as long as you want. There are no caps on the number of bookings, hours, or courses you can play. If a bay is available, you can book it.
Do members get cheaper lessons?
